We’ve all been there, looking at the computer screen, trying to brainstorm something. When I return to the computer, I typically discover that taking a 5-minute break from it allows me to regain clarity and focus.
This might be taking a 5-minute stroll around the office or taking a break to get a cup of tea or coffee. Anything that diverts your attention from the perplexity long enough to allow you to realize what you’re missing.
